Payment and Shipping Policy

1. Placing an order

Browse the Caveman Naturals shop to make your purchase. When you have selected a product you wish to order, click “Add to Cart”.

If you would like to edit the quantities or remove products from your cart, click “View Cart”. When your order contains the items and quantities you wish to purchase, click on the “Checkout” link.

You will then be asked to provide us with your shipping and payment information. Please see below about information on Payment Options available to you.

Once you have successfully made your payment, your order will be processed and shipped. We will ship your order within 2 business days. Please see below for more information on Shipping.

2. Payment Options

The Caveman Naturals website is set up to take immediate orders online through the following modes of payment:

1. Domestic debit / credit cards issued by banks and institutions that are part of the Visa or Mastercard network
2. Netbanking through select banks in India
3. Mobile Wallets including Paytm
4. Unified Payments Interface (UPI)

A full list of payment methods is available at the time of checkout and prior to making payments for purchases

Please note that for Visa and Mastercard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (on the back of the card). You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (Mastercard Secure Code) to complete the transaction.

3. Payment Security

All transactions through the Caveman Naturals website are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 128-bit encryption method. Any information you enter when transacting with Caveman Naturals is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional disclosure to third parties. This is an assurance that it follows the best security practices adopted by major online vendors where all payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.

You can tell your browser is in secure mode when using our site by looking for the secure padlock icon in the bottom corner or at the end of the address bar of your browser window.

4. Pricing

Product prices listed are current, however these are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of shipping.

5. Out of Stock Items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.

6. Shipping

We will ship your order by tracked courier within 2 business days of order placement. Once shipped we will also send you a communication with the tracking details. Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 4 business days, but may sometimes take up to 12 business days.

Shipping is free all over India for orders above Rs. 499. For orders below Rs. 499, a flat shipping charge of Rs. 39 will be applicable.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Caveman Naturals takes no responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Caveman Naturals is not responsible for damage after delivery.
